Team Bios

Larry Yingling

Larry Yingling, President Since April 28, 1998

Larry grew up on a farm near Mt. Sterling, IL. He graduated from Quincy University in 1984 and began his career at Dot Foods, where he worked for 14 years. He started ServiceMaster in 1998.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandkids. He also enjoys doing projects on his farm.

Some of his personal goals are to raise his children to become responsible adults, maintain a strong marriage, and continue to walk close with God.

Seth Yingling

Seth Yingling, Director of Operations Since January 1, 2002

Seth has worked alongside his father since the business started in 1998. He Graduated from Illinois College in 2010 with a degree in management and organizational leadership. He and his wife, Stephanie, married in 2014 and now have 3 kids (including twins).

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, traveling, and playing baseball. He also enjoys seeing the Cardinals play as much as possible.

His personal goal is to always be a supportive husband and father.

Jared Yingling

Jared Yingling, Director of Finance Since January 1, 2002

Jared graduated from Western Illinois University in 2013 with a degree in Finance. He has been working in the family business since youth. He and his wife have two young children.

In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, going on motorcycle rides, and flipping houses.

His personal goals are to be the best husband and father he can be, and to help the family business continue to grow and be successful.

Jenna Yingling

Jenna Yingling, Administrative Assistant Since January 1, 2002

Jenna graduated from Brown County High School in 2014 and Illinois College in December of 2017.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball, being with her family, working with animals, and spending time on the family farm.

Her personal goals are to be happy in everything she does and to start a family at some point in the distant future.

Louie, Office Assistant Since April 21, 2018

Louie was adopted by Jenna from PAW Animal Shelter in Ft. Madison, IA. He is a Labradoodle/Pitbull with a few other breeds mixed in that we aren’t sure about.

In his free time, he enjoys walks on his leash, playing fetch, and chasing cats, rabbits, squirrels, or really anything that moves.

Louie’s personal goal is to completely forget the rough life that he came from and to keep Jenna safe no matter what.

Rick Garthaus

Rick Garthaus, Project Manager Since May 14, 2018

Rick attended Brown County High School in his hometown of Mt. Sterling before attending Quincy University and receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

In his spare time he enjoys photography, hunting, volunteering as a Little League coach, and volunteering with the Brown County Y.O.U. chapter of Quail Forever.

His personal goal is to be the kind of person that others are happy to have met.


Mason Fairley, Project Manager Since July 13, 2020

Mason graduated from Quincy High School in 2013 and attended Lindenwood for three years and Quincy University for one year, where he got a degree in mathematics.

In his spare time, his spends time with his family, his dogs, Hawk & Callie, and works on his farm.

His future goal is to get married and start a family.

Randy Sitze Jr.

Randy Sitze Jr., Operations Manager Since September 10, 2018

Randy is originally from Mt. Sterling and graduated from Brown County High School. He attended NTI to become an industrial mechanic, and has attended Dale Carnegie classes for management.

His hobbies include raising his children, working on puzzles, and playing any sport.

Randy has eight children and his personal goal is to raise them to be God-fearing, happy, and productive.

Shon Mountain

Shon Mountain, Production Manager Since August 30, 2004

Shon graduated from Griggsville/Perry High School. Before joining the ServiceMaster team he worked in the construction and restaurant business. His certifications include IICRC-WTR, ASD and Residential Services.

In his spare time he enjoys fishing, music and spending time with his family.

His personal goal is to excel in all he does and be the best father possible.

Emily Frank

Emily Frank, Estimate Coordinator Since November 10, 2014

Emily is a Brown County native and is IICRC-WTR certified. She attended Quincy University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in business management. She lives in Mt. Sterling with her husband and 3 daughters.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in the community. She is an Action Brown County board member, Chair of the ABC Promotions Committee and she helps plan the Fall Festival.

Her personal goal is to provide a great and memorable childhood for her girls as her parents did for her.

Kristen Schenk

Kristen Schenk, Administrative Assistant Since April 25, 2016

Kristen has lived in Mt. Sterling all her life. She is married and has an adult stepson and one son with her husband, Allen.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outside working in her yard, gardening, and fishing. She is on the ABC and BCAC committees. She also enjoys playing and spending time w/her son and family.

Some of her personal goals are to enjoy each day to the fullest and leave a great impression on anyone she meets.

Dena Lamb, Administrative Assistant since June 21, 2021

Dena attended Rushville High School and Spoon River College. She is married with four kids. Dena and her family currently live in Rushville.

In her spare time, she enjoys ATV riding, kayaking, fishing, hunting, being artistic, and working on renovations.

Her personal goals are to be a kind human, raise kind humans, see her daughter graduate from college, and visit all 50 states.

Maria GuiJosa

Maria GuiJosa, Cleaning Technician Since August 13, 2014

Maria was born in Michoacan, Mexico surrounded by a big family. She has 6 sisters and 1 brother. She moved to Brown County in 2006.

In her spare time she enjoys bowling, crocheting, reading and she loves to cook.

Her personal goal is to raise 2 happy and responsible adults and to one day return to Mexico.

Teri Kunkel

Teri Kunkel, Cleaning Technician Since January 26, 2016

Teri grew up in Forest City, IL and graduated from Forman High School in Manito, IL. She has been married for 20 years and lives in Schuyler County with her husband and 2 granddaughters.

In her spare time Teri loves to be outdoors. She enjoys: canoeing, fishing for catfish, camping, boating, flower gardening, off-roading in her jeep, music and dancing.

One of Teri’s personal goals is to raise her granddaughters to become strong, educated, independent, and kind women. She wants them to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Weldon Vanzant

Weldon Vanzant, Shop Manager Since March 28, 2000

Weldon was born in Shelby County, Missouri and lived in Missouri for 45 years. He spent 2 years in the army and worked as a mechanic for 40 years.

In his spare time he enjoys cookouts, working in his yard, and taking care of his flowers.

His personal goal is to be the best person he can, no matter where life takes him.


Bill Timmerwilke, Sales & Marketing Since July 1, 2019

Bill has lived in Quincy his whole life, except for living in Hawaii for two months. He attended Quincy Christian Brothers High School, Gem City Business College, and Quincy College.

Before working in the disaster restoration industry, Bill was on the opposite end as a licensed insurance agent for almost 30 years. His past experience in insurance allows him to see each disaster from the perspective of both the homeowner and ServiceMaster.

A personal accomplishment of Bill’s is being married for nearly 40 years and raising four children who have all become successful adults.

Bill’s personal goal is to be a positive influence on people and to enjoy life.


Paul Lane, Carpenter Since February 11, 2019

Paul is originally from Columbia Heights, Minnesota, but now lives in Rushville. He has four children who are all in their 30s.

When Paul isn’t working, he enjoys rebuilding old cars and engines, hunting for antiques, and being with his two loveable dogs, Zeus and Peanut.

One of Paul’s personal goals is to make enough to be able to pass something tangible down to his children.
